1. THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND YAK DENTAL Your use of the YAK DENTAL Web Site (yakdental.com) constitutes your acceptance of this agreement. This agreement contains disclaimers of warranties and liability.

A YAK DENTAL MEMBERSHIP CONSISTS OF PRODUCT PRICING INFORMATION FOR 1 OFFICE LOCATION ONLY.This location is registered in our database as the “shipping location,” and all of your membership information and dental supply orders (if applicable) will be shipped to that address by default. We understand that occasionally you may need to ship your orders to different locations. However, if we notice that you are continually shipping your orders to multiple locations, we may contact you about signing up additional offices. Only registered offices will receive the YAK DENTAL specials and other additional mailings.

3. HOW YAK DENTAL MAY ALTER/MODIFY THIS AGREEMENTYAK DENTAL reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which it offers this Web Site (yakdental.com), including any charges associated with the use of the YAK DENTAL Web Site. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms, conditions and notices, and any additional terms posted on this website.
